摘要:

在当前数字化背景下,传统中心化在线数据库在数据自主权、持续运营和海量资料协同方面面临结构性挑战。研究旨在提出并构建一套以“数据本地化”为核心,利用Obsidian笔记软件、开源OCR技术及自建私有云同步机制的综合方案,用以建立个人化、具备高可移植性与协作性的史料数据库。该方案通过Obsidian的纯Markdown架构和插件生态,解决了史料与笔记的割裂问题,并融入AI能力进行史料对话和分析。同时,通过自建高性能私有云,突破传统网盘的带宽限制,实现数据自主权和高效团队协作。该方案为个体研究者和小型学术团队提供了一种低成本、可持续、高安全性的数字人文研究工作流,有助于推动学术积累的开放和阶梯式发展。

Abstract:

In the current digital context, traditional centralized online databases face structural challenges in terms of data autonomy, continuous operation, and collaboration of massive amounts of data.This research aims to propose and construct a comprehensive solution centered on "data localization, " utilizing Obsidian note-taking software, open-source OCR technology, and a self-built private cloud synchronization mechanism to establish a personalized, highly portable, and collaborative historical data database.This solution solves the problem of the separation between historical materials and notes through Obsidian's pure Markdown architecture and plugin ecosystem, and integrates AI capabilities for historical data dialogue and analysis.Simultaneously, by building a high-performance private cloud, it overcomes the bandwidth limitations of traditional cloud storage, achieving data autonomy and efficient team collaboration.This solution provides individual researchers and small academic teams with a low-cost, sustainable, and highly secure digital humanities research workflow, contributing to the open and tiered development of academic accumulation.
